CONTACT PLUS ISOLATION ROOM: C+ isolation sign is on top of the bedside cart.

CONTACT PLUS ISOLATION ROOM: All items have been removed from the bedside cart and the drawers are cleaned with bleach when the patient is discharged, transferred, or the C+ isolation is discontinued.
